On March 10, 2020, Managing Partner Puneet Singh, presented a legal seminar in conjunction with the Housing Authority of the County of Alameda, and Eden I & R, Inc on Senate Bill 329 and the Section 8 program. The event was hosted by the Rental Housing Association of Southern Alameda County. Discussion topics included section 8 program requirements, screening, leasing, and terminations of tenancy.
