On Apri 18, 2019, Managing Partner, Puneet Singh, presented a legal webinar for AppFolio customers titled “Mitigate Risk from Lead to Lease.” The webinar focused on fair housing compliance and recent legislation and trends.

On April 16, 2019, Managing Partner, Puneet Singh, presented two legal seminars at the annual California Apartment Association rental housing conference and trade show hosted at the Santa Clara Convention Center. During the conference she presented a legal seminar on bed bug risk management and a seminar on enforcing smoking policies.

On April 13, 2019, Managing Partner presented a legal seminar in conjunction with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburg. During the workshop Ms. Singh covered Fair Housing essentials, termination of tenancies, and the eviction process.
